From The Director's Desk

Dearly beloved,

I want to thank you for your support for our ministry in carrying out the great commission in reaching the uttermost part of the earth. This time is come again for us to go on another missionary journey to Africa. Our team of missionaries will be leaving the United States on October 22, 2007 for three weeks. During this trip we plan to minister in three countries, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Liberia. These countries need our help. We need your prayer and support at this time.

The Apostle Paul once wrote: "Anyone who receives instruction in the word must share all good things with his instructor. Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers" (Gal. 6:7-10).

World Care Ministry has accomplished a great deal with a few volunteers and financial supporters like you. There is much more to be done.  An orphanage to house 100 children can be built for $55,000. A vocational training center for young men and women to acquire job skills can be built for $50,000. A primary school for kids can be set up for $15,000. $5000 will sponsor a mission trip to Africa, or will provide a clean, drinkable water system to the villagers. These are only a few of the ways that your organization can help.

Partnering with World Care Ministries will provide innumerable results. We need some sacrificial giving on the part of our friends. Our calculations show that we need approximately $25,000 more to help us with this trip. Please write your check of any amount to World Care Ministry. P.O. Box 442, Dallas, NC 28034. Your donations are tax-deductible.

Paul’s great principle in the text I quoted earlier is that money spent on the natural – while it has value for this life - has no lasting fruit for eternity. Money spent in obedience to God, however, to spread the gospel and be "salt" in our culture, will have results not only in this life but in eternity also. There will always be one more cause for an offering, but let us give as we are best able. Let us not grow weary in our well doing together. Let us take confidence in the promise that we will eventually reap (in this life and in heaven) if we persist in the calling God has given us. May God continue to richly bless you.

Sincerely yours in Christ,

Dr. Moses Nueman, Th.D.,D.Miss.
